Notifications & How to Join

• You can join a Live Show by going to our Instagram Profile, and clicking on our Instagram Profile Icon when we are Live.

• Live Show countdowns will be posted to our Instagram stories throughout the week leading up to the show, so you know exactly when to join us. You can set a countdown reminder which will notify you when we go Live.

• You can also manually set notifications for our page, by clicking on the bell at the top right corner of our main Instagram page. From there, you can set notifications for all Live Videos, or any other content you want to see from us.

• Once you join the Live Show, say Hi! We love to know who is in the room.

General Rules & Etiquette

• All are welcome on Gold Country Crystal Live Shows. 

• Questions, comments, and engagement during the shows are highly encouraged. This is what makes the social shopping experience of a Live Show fun and interesting.

• Be respectful of others. Period. Keep it fun.

Claiming

• We will show crystals individually, and all prices will be stated or shown in USD.

• Type the price in the comments to claim.

• The first person we see on our screen gets the claim.

• We cannot control if you see your name before another person. Instagram sometimes shows comments in different orders to people. We have to go by what we see on our screen. 

• We will announce the winner of the claim.

• Please claim responsibly. All claims are commitments to pay. Failure to follow through with claims made on a Live Show, or failure to communicate will result in being blocked and you will not be able to participate in our Live Shows.

• We cannot do “put-backs” or switches once a claim is made. Please keep this in mind. On occasion, we will allow upgrades.

• If it is your first time claiming from us, please send us a DM after the show including the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Correct Shipping Address

Things to Note

• We occasionally do spontaneous giveaways during our Live Shows. If you win a giveaway, you are responsible for shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. 

• We reserve the right to remove anyone from our Live Shows, or community at any time, for any reason.

• Please let us know if wholesale accounts or other shops are following you or messaging you during or directly after a Live Show, so we can block them and prevent spamming in our community.

• Once you have experienced a Gold Country Crystal Live Show for yourself, we encourage you to invite a friend to join the fun. The more the merrier!
