Our goal is to get your crystals to you as soon as possible. We aim to process all orders within 2-5 days, and have them shipped to you within a week.
We are a very small operation, with only two people. We will occasionally need more time to process and ship your orders, such as during high volume sales or mineral shows. Please be patient with us, and reach out if you need a shipping timeline update or to expedite a package. We cannot make any promises, but we will certainly try to accommodate any requests.
Shipping will be calculated based on the size and weight of your claims, and your shipping address. We get a discounted shipping rate, and pass the savings along to you. We do not make money on shipping, or have control over the prices.
You are responsible for making sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses. Please reach out ASAP if you notice an issue with your shipping address. If it has not yet been delivered, we can likely assist in correcting it, but cannot guarantee anything.
Insurance for your package is available, by request. Rates vary, and we are happy to give you a quote for your entire order, or a single piece. Packages do not include insurance automatically.
If you would like to insure your package, we will get you a quote and send a separate invoice for the insurance total.
Sign-on-Delivery service is also available for any domestic package, for small additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to add this service before we send your invoice.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Of course, if you have an issue please reach out. We want you to be happy, and to help you solve any issues. We are on your side.
We take extra care and steps to ensure your package is delivered to the shipping carrier and scanned in. We do not leave packages on postal service counters or docks. We do not schedule pick-ups for packages. We hand deliver them to the postal carrier, wait in line, and verify that each package is scanned in. This takes extra time, but it is worth it to us to know we have done all we can do to ensure your package arrives to you safely.
Once the package is scanned in at the shipping carrier and leaves our hands, we are not responsible for it, and cannot control how it is processed.
All packages come with tracking information, which will be updated automatically in your account or by email.
